How Pre-order Works
Now you can order your duty free shopping before you travel and have it packed and waiting for you to pay for it and collect it at the airport after you have checked in and cleared immigration control on the day of your flight from Boryspil, terminal "B". This facility will allow you to save time at the airport.
Step One:
In the box(es) located above the product details, type in the quantity of product you wish to purchase.
Step Two:
Click "Add to pre-orders" to place the product selected in the desired quantity in your shopping basket. At any time during shopping you may review the items in your basket by clicking on "View your basket now" at upper right hand area. You may change your mind, remove item(s) in your basket or cancel the entire order before placing it.
Step Three:
When you've completed shopping, click the "View pre-orders" link found on each page. Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed through the checkout process. After your pre-order has been submitted, a “Thank You†page will be displayed and your order number will be provided, confirming that your pre-order was successfully received. An email confirming receipt of your pre-order should arrive shortly after your order has been submitted. If a pre-order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact us at

Just add your selected products to the shopping basket. Input your contact and travel details on the Checkout screens. Pre-orders must be placed at least 24 hours prior to departure and will be available for collection from 3 hours before flight departure time.
On departure you can collect your purchases at the «Web sales» point.
The point of transaction will occur at the airport and you will be able to collect and pay for your products by simply presenting the shop staff with your boarding pass and copy of your order confirmation.
Attention! At the day of collection, the price of the order can be changed from the price as at the ordering day, because of the currency rate changing and day to day price changes.

A Note to Passengers Travelling from Other Terminals
The Duty Free Pre-Order facility is only available to passengers flying from Terminal B.
If your flight is departing from another terminal you can't pre-order any products on this website, but you still can purchase with our company during your flight on board of the Ukraine International, Aerosvit and Wind Rose airlines.
